Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Spain. Express delivery (1–2 days) and international shipping are also available. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view the status of all your orders in My Orders.
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Additional customs duties may apply depending on your destination country.

Products

Absolutely. All Shine products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and are certified by Leaping Bunny. Many of our formulations are also vegan.

Each product page includes a skin-type guide. If you're unsure, our support team can recommend the right products for your skin type and concerns.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all unopened standard products. Custom fragrances cannot be returned. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank (usually 3–5 additional days).
