Print the Prepaid Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return label instantly. Just print and attach it to your parcel.

Drop Off at Any Courier Point

Take your parcel to any registered courier point near you.

Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Custom-made fragrances and opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
