By accessing or using the Shine website (shineluxury.com) or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

All prices shown on the website include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed. We will notify you if a product is unavailable after you place an order and provide a full refund or alternative.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example in the event of pricing errors or fraud suspicion.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store full card details. Payment is taken at the point of order.

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

You have the right to cancel a standard purchase within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and return it for a full refund. Custom fragrances are exempt from this right. See our Shipping & Returns page for the process.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products is limited to the price paid for the relevant product(s). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
